Optus’ refreshed EVP came to life in Connected Perspectives, a culture-first campaign built around the idea that every role, interaction and innovation is linked. We produced a full content suite spanning film and photography; from employee brand films to candid stills — designed to resonate across careers pages, LinkedIn and internal events. At the centre was the EVP brand film: a fast-paced, first-person journey through a day at Optus. Shot across tech hubs, retail floors and creative spaces, it put real employees front and centre, showing how ideas move fast and people are empowered to make an impact.
